FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to device intended for gas-thermal application of coatings to inner surfaces of a hole and can be used for manufacture of internal combustion engines. Device includes a cone located inside the processed hole, gas and abrasive material or shot supply nozzles, burner, drives of part rotation and cone movement, nozzles and burner. Cone has a cavity the middle part of which has the shape of converging-diverging nozzle, suspended on the tube through which gas is supplied to the cavity, and equipped with additional cone fixed with a gap on lower cone edge. On surfaces of additional cone and lower part of cone cavity there made are slots or blades in the form of Archimedean spiral. Device is mounted on a frame having the shape of portal.
EFFECT: improving quality and efficiency of coating application process.
