FIELD: building, particularly to obtain coating on panels used for residential, public and industrial building facade facing, roof covering and room finishing.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily heating asbestos cement panel; applying powder coating on heated panel having surface temperature less than preliminarily heating temperature and polymerizing powder at panel surface temperature, which is less than powder application temperature. The powder is applied by electrostatic spraying operation. The panel is preliminarily heated up to 230°C temperature. Powder is applied to the panel at 181-229 °C temperature and then panel surface temperature is reduced to 180°C temperature before powder coating polymerization. Preliminary panel heating temperature may be equal to 150°C, powder application temperature may be 101-149°C and powder is polymerized under panel surface temperature of 100°C.
EFFECT: prevention of vapor and gas emission from asbestos cement panels during panel heating at time of powder material application and polymerization, elimination of bubbles, caves and other defects forming in the coating, increased quality and possibility to obtain coating having predetermined thickness.
