FIELD: electrochemical treatment of water used, for example for controlling acidic-basic, oxidation-reduction properties of technological aqueous solutions used in agricultural production for pre-sowing treatment of seeds and for medical purposes in domestic conditions.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing of dielectric material divided by means of sleeve of micro-porous semi-permeable plastics by chambers for placing anode and cathode. Cathode is made of shaped sheet of alloy steel and it embraces sleeve of micro-porous semi-permeable plastics. Anode is made of shaped sheet of alloy steel, it embraces central rod and is placed inside said sleeve of micro-porous semi-permeable plastics. Cathode has wings for securing to cover; anode is fixed at one side by means of stop and at other side it is fixed by means of cover with tightening nut. Anode and cathode may be dismounted together with cover.
EFFECT: lowered energy consumption for providing predetermined potential of initial liquid activation.
