FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric vortex water treatment and may be used for production of drinking water, in medicine, microelectronics, etc. Proposed electric activator comprises electrodes 1 and 3 arranged coaxially and semi-permeable diaphragm 2 arranged there between. Note here that outer electrode 1 is made up of tube section with threaded tips 5 and 10 made from stainless steel, while inner electrode 3 is made up of helical spring with left-hand coiling from stainless steel. Said inner and outer electrodes are separated by said semi-permeable diaphragm 2 made from microporous plastic material. Outer electrode inner cavity is stopped by dielectric material covers 6 and 11 provided with tight seals 7 and 12 and discharge pipeline. Electric potential is fed to inner electrode outer surface, behind said cover of feed pipeline, while that to outer electrode is fed to its outer surface below cover of feed pipeline. To change electric potential, potential switch is provided.
EFFECT: simplified design, water with preset redox potential.
