SUBSTANCE: method comprises continuous heating the heat sensor of the heat transfer agent of the system of temperature control by constant power so that the temperature of the heat sensor changes with the flow rate variation by the value of change of the temperature of the sensor. Due to heating, the temperature of the heat sensor is dependent on the intensity of the flow rate.
EFFECT: enhanced precision.
