FIELD: technology and system for organization of virtual roaming and communication in cell communication system.
SUBSTANCE: in cell communication system controlling of capture of voice channel to select voice channel among various networks, and controlling of position correction, to localize roaming of mobile station, may be performed for generic purpose mobile networks, positioned in different regions, belonging to different providers and implementing different formats. System includes several mobile gate commutation centers, registered in different networks and acting as system access devices, and also main supporting registry for organization of centralized control over client data. Main supporting registry may additionally be made in form of several supporting registries, matched with each network.
EFFECT: all clients, registered in the network, may execute a function of free roaming and free selection of inter-city communication method by assigning appropriate numbers to them in accordance to given enumeration plans in various networks by means of function for controlling inter-city voice channel, due to which payment for inter-city talks may be decreased.
