FIELD: canned goods from meat and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation, namely freezing and defrosting of fresh white cabbage leaves in oxygen-free atmosphere, wherein part of cabbage is shredded and frozen; cutting of onion followed by roasting thereof in grease and chopping together with pork to produce mince. Mince is folded in cabbage leaves to produce stuffed cabbage leaves. Fresh spareribs are sliced; maize flour is brewed with bone broth; wheat flout is roasted and blended with tomato paste, acetic acid, CO2- extract from pyrolysis wood, black pepper, red chilly, table salt and bone broth to produce souse. Stuffed cabbage leaves, brewed maize flour, spareribs, and souse are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
