SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, bulb onions cutting, sauteing in melted fat and chopping, pork chopping, the listed components mixing with part of salt to produce mince, fresh white cabbage taking to leaves, shredding and freezing part of cabbage leaves, freezing and defrostation of the remaining cabbage leaves, moulding mince into the leaves to produce cabbage rolls, maize flour scalding with bone broth to produce mamaliga, spareribs cutting into slices, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, acetic acid, the remaining salt, black hot pepper, red hot pepper and CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood to produce a sauce, sequential packing of mamaliga, spareribs, cabbage rolls, the shredded part of cabbages and sauce, the product sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
