FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by formula component preparation: namely cooking of dried cepe followed by separation thereof from broth and cutting, cutting of beef and parsley green; shredding and freezing of fresh white cabbage; cutting of carrot, onion and parsley root followed by roasting thereof in melt butter; garlic pulping; and wheat flour roasting. Cepe, beef, cabbage, carrot, onion, parsley root, garlic, parsley green tomato paste, acidic acid, table salt, wheat flour and black pepper are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with mushroom broth, in specific component ratio.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
