SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out polypositional articular testing at unbent and bent shin: a pickup unit of ultrasound scanner at working frequency ranged 5-10 MHz should be applied perpendicularly against articular fissure of a knee joint from lateral and median articular surface at bent shin at the angle of 90° and then it is necessary to perform shin traction to the front being perpendicular against its axis. Moreover, by availability of interrupted meniscus contour and rupture line one should diagnose the lesion of anterior horn of lateral or median meniscus. The application of the present innovation enables to exclude radiation loading upon a patient.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
