SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing cavernous bodies of compulsory erected penis and urogenital system tissues to physical factor complex action as pulsating pressure-mediated local negative pressure therapy and low intensity red bandwidth laser radiation. Noninvasive penis treatment with contrasting temperatures and vaso-active exogenous substances like ozone/NO-air gas mixture are additionally applied. The device has transparent penis flask having throttling orifice, cover-holder, light-emitting diode matrix, vacuum pump for creating negative pressure pulses in the penis flask, laser radiation sources, magnetic and electric field sources and rectal heater. The device has source of exogenous vaso-active substance like ozone/NO-air gas mixture and source for heating the atmospheric air. On-off valve having control solenoid coupled to deactivator of waste exogenous vaso-active substance like ozone/NO-air gas mixture is mounted in the throttling orifice of the penis flask. The penis flask is connected to movable upright via carrier holder and hinged articulation system having movable upright allowing varying penis flask orientation with height and spread angle relative to the penis.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of anti-inflammatory treatment; improved erection stimulation mechanisms.
