FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying local treatment of hairy head surface with ozone-containing gas-and-air mixture. Local heating zone heated to 55-65 C is created in advance above skin in the alopecia area to reach significant perspiration in this area. This state of heating is supported during 1-2 min and then sharp cooling to 25-30 C is carried out using ultrasonic aerosol flow of ozone-containing physiological salt solution. The mode is supported for 1-2 min and then heat treatment is repeated at 55-65 C to reach significant perspiration in the area. This state of heating is supported during 1-2 min and then sharp cooling to 25- 30 C is carried out using ultrasonic aerosol flow of ozone- containing oil emulsion of oil-in-water type. The device has sprayer connected to ozone-containing gas-and-air mixture source additionally provided with cylindrical carrying support body to the upper and lower ends of which upper and lower conic case members manufactured as hollow truncated cones. Fan is mounted on the smaller base of the upper case member. Perforated reflector of paraboloid shape with heating member mounted on the concave surface is mounted on the larger base. The lower base member has draining tube for discharging the wasted ozone-containing remedy into atmosphere and hollow elastic toroidal fixing restrictor member mounted on its smaller base. The internal space bounded with the cylindrical carrying support body and conic case members is divided into power and technological sections with grate-like shield mounted between the cylindrical carrying support body and upper conic case member. The sprayer is mounted coaxially with the cylindrical carrying support body on the grate-like shield surface on the technological section side. Temperature gage is mounted near the cylindrical carrying support body connected to control unit like the sprayer and heating member. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 cl, 2 dwg
