SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions and methods for improvement of absorption of antibacterial agent and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, ethers or hydrates in intestine. Methods involve combination of the chosen antibacterial agent with cationic binding agent and biopolymer and, optionally, with agent enhancing absorption. Antibacterial agents are chosen from cephalosporin group of the third generation, carbapanem and lipopeptide antibacterial agents. Invention provides the development of the novel pharmaceutical composition for oral delivery of antibacterial agents that possesses the improved absorption.
EFFECT: improved improving methods, improved and valuable properties of compositions.
