FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents beta-lactamase, including amino acid sequence, which is, at least, by 90% identical to SEQ ID NO: 1. Beta-lactamase possesses beta-lactamase activity against penicillin and cephalosporin, selected from ceftriaxone and cefoperazone, and includes hydrophilic amino acid residue, any except aspartic acid (D), in position, corresponding to position 276, according to Ambler classification, with hydrophilic amino acid residue being selected from arginine (R) and asparagine (N). Invention also relates to method for obtaining beta-lactamase, including stages of transformation of bacterial host cell with beta-lactamase-coding gene, and separation of beta-lactamase. Invention also deals with pharmaceutical composition for application in treatment or prevention of adverse events in gastrointestinal tract, induced by beta-lactam antibiotics, with pharmaceutical composition including beta-lactamase and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain novel effective beta-lactamase.
