SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a beta-lactamase containing an amino acid sequence having at least 90 % sequence identity with SEQ ID NO: 1 and one or more of the following mutations according to the Ambler classification in positions 33, 135, 156, 232, 237, 237, 240, 243, 244, 266 and 276 with the proviso that the residue of a hydrophilic amino acid, other than aspartic acid (D) in the position corresponding to position 276, is absent in the context of a single mutant.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of beta-lactamase.
