FIELD: transport engineering; aircraft industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures aimed at absorbing sound oscillations and it can be used in vehicles, including gas ducts of aircraft engines. According to proposed method, panels with cells in form of truncated pyramids are manufactured with provision of solid vertices from one side and surface bridges at other side. Then panels are bent and connected to skins rendering form of solids of revolution with provision of ring channels in radial direction. Then one skins, namely, that in contact with gas flow, is perforated by through holes forming resonators with cells of panels. Panels are made by molding or pressing from woven reinforcing materials, for instance, glasstricot impregnated with binder. Prior to attaching to skins or skin, woven reinforcing material impregnated with binder is laid on cellular panels from side of vertices. Glasstricot impregnated with binder can be used for this purpose. Then woven reinforcing material is fastened in spaces formed by surface bridges in radial direction to form closed ring channels in which cells are located.
EFFECT: simplified process of manufacture of noise-damping structures, increased efficiency of noise damping.
