FIELD: veterinary virology.

SUBSTANCE: out of cows one should obtain concentrated sample of proteins of cattle leucosis virus (CLV) due to centrifuging at 20000-100000 g, suspend it in buffer of average ionic power at pH being 7.0-7.8, immobilize upon nitrocellulose or nylon membrane to be placed into buffer for ligand-blotting where labeled denatured viral DNA is added cloned into bacterial plasmid to incubate for 6-12 h, and CLV detection should be fulfilled due to identifying labeled DNA connected with viral structural protein immobilized upon a membrane. The innovation is highly sensitive at any stage of infection development, it takes into account variability of viral genome and enables to detect the virus in cattle youngsters that have colostral antibodies.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
