SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and molecular biology. Disclosed is a method for diagnosis of cattle leukaemia using a real-time polymerase chain reaction comprising direct and reverse oligonucleotide primers to detect a gene fragment env of leukaemia proviso of genetic variants G1-G3 circulating in the territory of Stavropol Territory, where for indication a pair of specific oligonucleotide primers and SNP-based probes is used.
EFFECT: invention, due to high sensitivity and high typing specificity, can be used for molecular-genetic diagnosis of bovine leukaemia provincial genetic variants G1-G3, circulating in the territory of Stavropol Territory.
