FIELD: experimental medicine, experimental surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with studying pathogenesis of varicosis of esophageal and gastric veins in case of portal hypertension. Thus, at first, it is necessary to narrow the mouth of portal vein by its one half and 30 d later ligate the mouth of unpaired vein. The innovation enables to avoid hemodynamic disorders in gastroesophageal system, gastric and esophageal mucosa and shorten terms for the onset of portal hypertension doubly.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
