FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to surgery. Under the hepatoduodenal ligament, a clamp 290 mm long and 5 mm wide is carried out. Choledochus is allocated. The free tip of the clamp is passed into the gap formed between the main mass of the ligament and the choledochus raised on the holder. They close the ring around all elements of the hepatoduodenal ligament except for the common bile duct. The clamp is simultaneously tightened to a ring diameter of 2 cm. Then, step by step, by shifting the latch “two clicks” followed by pauses lasting 1 minute, until there are signs of a change in the blood filling of the liver in the form of pale areas on its surface.
EFFECT: method allows simultaneously clamping several branches of the portal vein without searching for its main trunk, avoids the need for a long, bleeding-prone discharge from the thickness of the ligament of individual vessels, does not require the creation of a set of pelots of different diameters for animals with different body sizes, is effective for different diameters of vessels in animals with different body sizes.
