FIELD: engineering of inductive cylindrical pumps, providing electromagnetic force effect on liquid-metallic heat carrier of working channel.
SUBSTANCE: pump has waterproof body with external inducer positioned on it, containing winding and magnetic duct, waterproof internal inducer with winding and magnetic duct, assembled from split washers of laminated electro-technical steel and internal core, acting as a yoke. In head portion, internal inducer is held on external inducer by means of three distancing means, in tail portion it has sliding support. Through recesses in distancing elements, contacts of three-phased winding of internal inducer are made. Both windings have similar connection circuit. Contacts of windings of internal and external inducers are made through waterproof inputs, mounted in the body. Teeth of magnetic duct and winding coils of external and internal inducers are positioned in strict relation to one another. Working channel is formed by concentrically positioned thin-walled rings of external waterproof inducer and internal waterproof inducer.
