FIELD: human physiology and hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes portioning of products, including fruits, berries, vegetables, corn, acrid bitter products, fats, proteins, milky products, water, carbohydrates and beverages on five groups. On the base of bioelectrical activity measurements from each group products acceptable to particular subject are selected. From 5 to 10 o'clock at least one product from two or three groups selected from the first, second and fifth groups are administered to subject; from 10 to 15 o'clock at least one product from two or three groups selected from the second, third and fifth groups are administered; from 15 to 20 o'clock at least one product from two or three groups selected from the third, forth and fifth groups are administered; from 20 to 24 o'clock at least one product from forth and fifth groups are administered. Selection of group and product is based on maximal biological activity of product composition.
