FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to sports medicine, and can be used for weight reduction in obesity patients. Dynamic load is a complex of physical exercises, which makes 40 hours of training, each training including 20–30 minutes of cardioplasty and 30–40 minutes of power load. Training sessions are three times a week. Each feeding stage makes one month. In the first month, daily food intake makes 100 g of complex carbohydrates, 100 g of proteins, and 30 g of fats for one meal, and the drinking regime makes at least 2 litres of water a day. During the second month, carbohydrate content is reduced weekly. During the third month, protein-carbohydrate alternation of food is performed during the first week, not exceeding 1100 kcal a day, and during the second and third weeks of the third month, the menu, multiplicity and weight of the first month's food intake are stored. During the second and third weeks of the month, calculating the number of kilocalories in relation to human growth, and in the fourth week of the third month, consumption of carbohydrates is excluded and additionally water consumption is reduced to 2 litres a day. On the last day of the week one consumes not more than 1 litre of water a day. First week of the second month consumes 100 g of carbohydrates in the permitted products during the day, the second week - 90 g of carbohydrates during the day, third - 80 g of carbohydrates during the day and fourth - 70 g of carbohydrates during the day. Ratio of the consumption of kilocalories to the human growth is 1000 kcal to 160 cm; with growth of 160 cm to 170 cm - 1200 kcal; with growth from 170 to 180 cm - 1400 kcal and with growth above 180 cm - 1600 kcal.
EFFECT: method provides higher availability and convenience of method implementation for program participants due to alternation and balance of power supply stages.
