FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing fractured zone. Fractured bone fragments are reduced. Defect is substituted with demineralized bone graft. The substituting transplant is taken from compact tibial diaphysis layer as follows. Fragments are sawn form bone parts having triangular cross-section. Medullary canal content is removed from the fragments. The fragment is cut along to produce angular transplants.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting grafts mating the defect under substitution in shape.
