FIELD: purification of gases from the solid impurities.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification of gases from the solid impurities and may be used in various production processes. The filter contains the body, the covering, the chambers of the dusty and purified gasses, collectors of the dusty and purifies gas, the hoppers, the receiver, the diaphragm valves with the electrical drive, the distributing pipes with nozzles, the hoses with skeletons, the turning disconnecting shutters with pneumatic drives on the inlet and outlet of the each filtering section. Each section has two membrane valves connected to the receiver through the device varying the hydraulic resistances of the connecting section. Each diaphragm valve is connected to at least five distributing pipes with nozzles. The number of the nozzles in the adjacent distributing pipes is different, but it is similar next in one pipe. The purified gas chambers are superimposed on the filter coverage and the roof of the filter is the top part of the processed gas chambers. At that the skeletons in the hoses are made detachable. The lateral walls of the dusty and purified gas collectors are the components of the filter body. The purified gas collector is located above the dusty gas collector. The purified gas collector upper part is separated from the whole collector by the airproof floor, above which there are the receiver, the diaphragm valves, the device varying the hydraulic resistances of the connecting section bridging the diaphragm valve with the receiver, the convergent pipes and the pneumatic drives of the turning disconnecting shutters. The technical result of the invention is the increased intensity and efficiency of the gas purifying process, operational reliability, cost-saving use of the compressed air at regeneration.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased intensity and efficiency of the gas purifying process, operational reliability and cost-saving use of the compressed air at regeneration.
