FIELD: removing solid particles from gases.
SUBSTANCE: filter comprises housing with hoses, hoppers, chambers for pure gas, receiver, air-operated valves, shutting-off gates, duct for contaminated gas, and collector for cleaned gas. The contaminated gas is supplied perpendicular to the blowing tubes over the height and width of the chamber for contaminated gas by means of at least two gas flows with a velocity of dust-gas flow at the entrance to the filter housing ranging from 0.5 to 2 of the specific gas loading on the filter (m3/m2 min). The blowing tubes are combined in banks that are connected with the receiver, each through individual air-operated valve and device with variable hydraulic drag. In the direction of gas, the housing of the filter flow is separated by means of the collector for cleaned gas and chambers for receiving the units of regeneration at least into two autonomous sections that can operate independently.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of gas cleaning.
