FIELD: filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for purifying process gases and aspiration emissions from dust in bag filters with pulse cleaning and can be used, e.g., in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, the construction materials manufacture industry. Bag filter additionally comprises at least one dust-laden gas flow conditioner in the form of steel blades installed transversely to the flow in the fume-laden gas section of the collector and in the hopper, wherein the arrangement and geometry of the blades are selected by mathematical modelling of gas flows in the filter from the condition of ensuring uniformity of the dust and gas load on the bags, accounting for the geometric and spatial parameters of the filter, collector, pre-chamber, hopper, the presence of an organised admission of a dust-laden flow in the bag section; characteristics of the flow: flow rate of entry into the fume-laden gas section of the collector, flow temperature; properties of dust, namely: fractional composition, true dust density, dust particle shape, abradability.
EFFECT: possibility of conducting the processes of filtration of gas containing highly dispersed dust, cleaning of the filter bags at high specific gas and dust load evenly over the entire filtering surface without reducing the productivity of the filter.
