SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing mixture containing boron oxide, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, titanium and zirconium oxides; granulating mixture for producing granules with diameter 10 - 80 mm and height 15 - 20 mm; initiating reaction for producing composite; simultaneously compacting composite under load 40 - 200 at. Time period of synthesis and delay is no more than 180 s.
EFFECT: improved strength, impact viscosity, density of composite with use of controlled growth of particles.
