FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises mandrel made of wood segment members that define working cylindrical surface of the mandrel. The faces of the mandrels are secured to the axially aligned flanges from opposite sides through the screw connections. The segment members facing the mandrel are provided with stops that are in contact with the segment members. The nuts of the screw connections are made of threaded bushings and are mounted in the mandrel.
EFFECT: simplified structure.
