FIELD: methods for conducting of blasting operations by combination charges in dry and flooded holes at open-cast mining.
SUBSTANCE: one or several preliminarily produced or formed in the process of holes loading blocks are used. The blocks contain explosives with different detonation impedances, an intermediate layer of explosive on the basis of high explosives is placed between the blocks, initiation is effected by a striker installed in the end block of explosive with a lower detonation impedance, or by a detonating cord laid along the charge; assigned by the block density and height, density and height of the explosive of the intermediate layer, the heights of the layers of explosives with different detonation impedances are calculated by the formulas given in the invention description.
EFFECT: enhanced uniformity and intensity of tock crushing, improved working of the bench bottom, enhanced explosion efficiency.
