SUBSTANCE: at detecting tumoral ovarian neoplasm, at the stage of preoperational procedure one should additionally detect the concentration of alpha-2-glycoprotein (ABG) in blood serum due to rocket immunoelectrophoresis, and at its concentration being 0.008-0.019 g/l one should diagnose benign ovarian tumoral process and match laparoscopic access in case of operative interference; at concentration of 0.024 g/l and more one should diagnose high risk for availability of malignant tumoral process and match laparotomy as an access for operative interference. Thus, the innovation provides the reason for matching the access for operative interference that enables to decrease the frequency of traumatic interference and risk of postoperational complications.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
