FIELD: radio engineering and communications for usage in different micro-electronic amplification devices and transformation of analog signals with low power voltage.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier contains (on dwg. 2) input n-p-n transistors 1,2, emitters of which are connected to current-stabilizing two-poles 3,4, and connected to each other through resistor 5 for local check communication, input transistors 6,7 of p-n-p type, emitters of which are connected to current-stabilizing two-poles 8,9 and are connected to one another through resistor of local check communication, while bases of transistors 1,6 are connected to first input of differential amplifier, bases of transistors 2,7 - to second input of differential amplifier, and collectors of transistors 1,2,6,7, being current outputs of differential outputs, are connected respectively to second outputs of current-stabilizing two-poles 8,9,3,4.
EFFECT: increased weakening coefficient of input cophased signal in wider range of alteration of input cophased voltages.
