FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: screw centrifuge comprise housing, cylindrical-conical rotor mounted inside the housing and provided with the lid and ports for discharging solid fraction, screw, supplying tube, and system for discharging heavy and light liquid fractions. The cylindrical-conical rotor is provided with the central bushing having axial insert composed of the bearing blades that are uniformly arranged parallel to the axle of the rotor and in the direction of rotation of the rotor. The outer generatrices of the bearing blades are provided with screw made of a spiral belt.
EFFECT: improved quality of separation and enhanced convenience of servicing.
