FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of casting ceramic molds with use of investment patterns, for example for casting articles of refractory alloys, possibly in vacuum.
SUBSTANCE: suspension contains hydrolytic solution or aqueous silica sols, refractory filler and technological additive containing enamel with melting temperature in range 700 - 1200°C and fire resistant compound with melting temperature no less than 1400°C at next relation of ingredients, mass %: hydrolytic solution or aqueous silica sols, 15 -40; technological additive, 20 - 80; refractory filler, up to 100. Technological additive contains, mass %: enamel, 5 - 95, fire resistant compound, 95 - 5.
EFFECT: improved strength of ceramic mold at elevated temperatures, heat resistance and lowered degree of interaction of ceramic mold with metal of castings.
