FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes patterns, layer-by-layer application on pattern of fireproof suspension with drying of each layer, pattern removing, tempering of ceramic mold. After manufacturing of pattern on it is applied at least two layers of fireproof suspension on the basis of metal oxide, and then there are applied several layers of fireproof suspension, containing hydrolised solution of ethyl silicate, fireproof filler and hardener on the basis of polyethylene polyamine, at following relation of components, wt %: hydrolised solution of ethyl silicate 18-22, hardener on the basis of polyethylene- polyamine 4-10, fireproof filler - the rest. Additionally fireproof filler contains fused aluminium, mullite and intermetallic semiconductor NiAl in the form of parting powder, herewith amount of intermetallic semiconductor NiAl is 10-45% of total amount of fireproof filler. In the capacity of metal oxide can be used silicon oxide or aluminium oxide, or baryta, or magnesium oxide. Tempering of ceramic mold of implemented at temperature 1200-1400°C during 4-10 h.
EFFECT: fortification and increasing of durability of ceramic mold.
