FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Refractory coating is applied on the model unit; each layer is sprinkled with granular electrocorundum and dried; the model is removed and calcined. Suspension of face layer has composition, wt%: acidic water-colloidal binder 43.0–47.0, surface modifier – cobalt aluminate 4.0–12.0, disthene-sillimanite powdery concentrate 45.0–49.0. Face layer is dried on conveyor. Refractory suspension of the following layers has a composition, wt%: highly alkaline water-colloidal binder 51.0–55.0, disthene-sillimanite powdery concentrate 45.0–49.0. At least one intermediate layer is formed using a refractory suspension, wt%: highly alkaline water-colloidal binder 73.0–77.0, disthene-sillimanite powdery concentrate 5.0–7.0, silver graphite 18.0–20.0, which is covered with granular electrocorundum in sandblast with a pseudoboiling bed. Subsequent layers are dried in climatic chamber. Then mold is dried in climatic chamber for at least 12 hours and calcined according to mode excluding formation α-cystobalite.
EFFECT: higher durability of suspension and automated production of ceramic molds.
