FIELD: application of coats by molten materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of articles by mechanical cleaning of surfaces and by inductive heating followed by loading them into vertical molten bath, holding the parts in melt, unloading parts from bath and cooling them; mechanical cleaning is carried out to metallic lustre; inductive heating of parts is performed by high-frequency current to preset depth through selection of inductor current; after mechanical cleaning of surfaces, parts are secured vertically above inductor; inductor loop is located above molten bath for varying distance between inductor and melt surface; parts are immersed in molten bath through inductor loop; then, inductor is de-energized and parts are unloaded through inductor loop. According to second version, use is made of fluxing, i.e. loading parts into bath filled with flux followed by drying them with high-frequency current.
EFFECT: facilitated procedure; enhanced ecology; improved quality of coats; low cost of process.
