FIELD: metallurgy; methods of application of coats; hardening surfaces of friction pairs by application of anti-friction coats.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes application of copper-containing layer by chemical sedimentation under pressure with the aid of deforming tools. Then layer containing polytetrafluoroethelene is applied and is packed by deforming tools. Copper-and-tin layer is applied as copper-containing layer under pressure of 55-60 Mpa, temperature of 85-90°C and holding time of 40-45 min. Layer containing polytetrafluoroehtylene is applied in form of paste of polytetrafluoroethylene with molybdenum disulfide and is packed at force of 350-400 N. Then heat treatment is performed at temperature of 370-380°C at holding time of 45-50 min and final rolling is performed at force of 400-450 N. Multi-layer composite coat is applied on internal and external surfaces of parts.

EFFECT: facilitated procedure of application of coats, improved quality of coats due to enhanced adhesion of coat with base; reduced thickness of layer.
