SUBSTANCE: method involves forming rock fill; erecting support prism along with lower rock fill layer forming, wherein reinforcing hedgehog structures are installed in the prism during prism forming; arranging anchor communicated with reinforcing hedgehog structures by means of flexible tie in rock fill body so that the anchor is located at reinforcing hedgehog structure installation level or over it; connecting reinforcing hedgehog structures with each other by longitudinal tie members along flow axis.
