FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises flexible casing whose one edge is secured to the unmovable chamber and the other edge is connected with the sealing ring. The edge of the sealing ring that faces the drum is made of two members that embrace the other contact ring from two sides. The contact ring is secured to the rotating drum. The device is provided with rollers mounted for permitting free rotation on the axles passing through the sealing ring.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
