SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fixing sacral fragments with the help of compression-distraction apparatus, moreover, fixing elements should be introduced into affected sacral fragments from both sides through iliac wings into pedicles of the arches of sacral pelvic surface followed by either simultaneous or dosed reposition of the fragments with their subsequent stable fixation till consolidation of the lesion that decreases tissue traumatism.
