FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to apply needles through the wings of ilia, lumbar vertebra and sacral fragments, their reposition in the course of which one should perform axial separation of fragments till the tension of muscular-ligamentous apparatus in area of affected sacrum with subsequent bringing them together till close contact of wound surfaces and stabilization till consolidation of the fracture with the help of the apparatus for external fixation. This innovation provides simplification of conducting osteosynthesis and prevents neurological complications.
