FIELD: alcoholic industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing ethanol from vegetable raw (wood, turf, waste from agricultural and textile manufacture, vegetable and secondary raw). Method involves hydrolysis of vegetable raw with sulfuric acid, neutralization of hydrolyzate with ammonia water, aerobic alcoholic fermentation, rectification of alcoholic mash and utilization of wastes. Ammonium sulfate formed in neutralization with sewage of manufacture comprising condensates of ester-aldehyde fraction and fusel oil fraction are fed to the treatment plant "Simbiotenk" and technically pure water and active silt are prepared that is added to sulfuric acid in carrying out hydrolysis and added to distillery grains for production of yeast. Method provides the wasteless and ecologically safety technology of production and decreasing cost of ethanol producing based on enhancing its yield and reducing cost.
