FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular the production of biofuels. The method for obtaining bioethanol from common reed is that first, pre-treatment of raw materials is carried out, for which 3 litres of NaOH solution are taken per 1 kg of common reed and mixed at the atmospheric pressure and the temperature of 60-100° C for 5 hours until pH = 10 is reached, after which it is washed with running water until a neutral pH value is reached, then the resulting biomass is subjected to autoclaving, then cooled to room temperature and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose is carried out with certain enzymes, the mixture is stirred for 2 hours at room temperature, then unicellular yeast S. Cerevisiae Y-1693 in the amount of 10 % by weight from biomass and ethanol biosynthesis stimulators are added, the mixture is steered at the rate of 8-10 rpm for 4 days at 28-40°C, then the reaction is stopped, the product is cooled , filtered and transferred into a distillation unit.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the product yield and minimize costs at the distillation and rectification stages.
