SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to the production of biofuels. The method for obtaining bioethanol from grape pomace is that first, its milling, the pre-treatment of raw materials is carried out, for which 3 litres of NaOH solution are taken per 1 kg of common reed and mixed at the atmospheric pressure and the temperature of 60-100 C for 3 hours until pH = 8 is reached, after which it is washed with running water until a neutral pH value is reached, °then the resulting biomass is subjected to autoclaving, then cooled to room temperature and enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose is carried out with certain enzymatic products, then the strain of the basidial fungus Trametes hirsuta MT 24.24 is added to the mixture in the amount of 10 wt.% of the biomass as well as ethanol biosynthesis stimulants , the mixture is mixed at the rate of 8-10 rpm for 4 days at 28-40 C, then the reaction is stopped, and the resulting product is cooled, filtered and transferred into a distillation unit.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the product yield and minimize costs at the ethanol distillation and rectification stages.
