FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: meter comprises cylindrical dielectric tube that receives cone. The float made of dielectric material is fit on the cone so that its bottom points upward. The outer side of the tube and side of the float are provided with film plate of capacitors. The plates mounted on the tube are right triangle and rectangular strip in shape and represent input and output plates, respectively. The plates on the float are square and rectangular in shape. The inner side of the float is provided with grooves that are oriented at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the meter. The input plate receives the calibrated probing signals from the generator that is connected in the electronic measuring circuit that has two comparators and two voltage dividers.
