FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given transducer has rotameter including cylindrical measurement tube housing cone made of dielectric material. Cone passes through hole in metal float which is mobile electrode of capacitive differential converter of float displacement. Plates of converter positioned on outer surface of measurement tube has form of two pairs of isosceles triangle facing one another with vertexes. Measured capacitances C1 and C2 are formed by plates which vertexes are directed in similar manner. Electron measurement circuit of transducer incorporates high-frequency generator of alternating voltage, detector, differential amplifier, source of adjustable reference voltage and inverting amplifier to which capacitances C1 and C2 are connected with the help of shielded cables. EFFECT: high measurement accuracy thanks to abrupt rise of sensitivity, increased capacitance of differential converter of float displacement. 1 cl, 4 dwg
