FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gas-flow counter includes rotameter with cylindrical measuring tube , circular float and electronic measuring circuit. Surface of central cone passing via through central hole in float is brought in contact with taper side inner wall of float when it is in lower position. Tube, float and cone made from conducting material are linings of capacitance converter are coated with insulating layer. Electronic measuring circuit consists of high-frequency self-excited oscillator whose driving RC-chain is provided with capacitance converter for motion of float.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement; simplified construction.
