FIELD: gas industry; transport of gas.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, spectral distribution of gas flow pulsations in gas line is determined. Pressure and temperature before diaphragm are measured as well as pressure differential across diaphragm at frequency at least twice as great as maximum frequency of spectrum of pulsations. Basing on measured parameters, gas flow rate is calculated.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements of gas flow rate owing to exclusion of errors caused by pulsations of gas flow parameters.
