FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of gas consumption measurement by means of heat detectors of flow rate. In gas line between inlet and outlet openings of bypass pipe comprising gas counter, having CMOS-anemometre, facility (4) is installed for creation of pressure drop, having channels (40) for flow, diametres (D1>D2>D3>D4) of which reduce as radiation position increases (R1<R2<R3), starting from central axis (A) of facility (4) in direction to its perimetre. Inlet openings (41) and outlet openings (42) of channels (40) for flow have taper angle (a). Channels (40) are concentrically located at equal distance along area (Q) of cross section of facility (4) for creation of pressure drop.
EFFECT: invention provides for higher sensitivity for low flow rates, due to higher pressure drop at low volume flow, and linearisation in expanded range of measurement due to increase of laminar flow area.
